How is Ria different from a chatbot?
A chatbot returns an answer. Ria takes action: it contacts businesses, books, keeps confirmations and follows up, so the result happens in the real world, not just on screen.
How does Ria work with businesses?
Businesses list on Ria at riaai.biz and set up an AI twin from their website or social pages. When a customer's request matches, Ria brings the customer to them, and bookings arrive with the whole conversation.
Can a business pay to rank higher on Ria?
No. Ria matches on what the customer needs and the business's own information. It doesn't charge referral fees for ranking and doesn't sell ranking.
What happens when an agent can't finish a step?
A person takes over. Steps such as website identity checks or one-time passwords are handled by Ria's human support, and the user only passes on the code if needed.
